One Spring day I was driving on a gravel road I often travel in search of photo opportunities. Suddenly, a herd of goats appeared in the middle of the road where before no goats had been seen.

All your photos are so good that I keep looking at them over and over. I love this goat photo. There's a movie that almost no one I know has ever seen, a John Cassavetes film called "Tempest" based loosely on the Shakespeare play. Gina Rowlands, Susan Sarandon, Molly Ringwald, Raul Julia. A quirkly little film about a man's midlife crisis. Raul Julia plays "Calabanos," a goat man, and there's a scene in which he plays "New York, New York" for his goats to dance. That goat dance is one of my all-time favorite scenes in any movie. If you've never seen this film, I urge you to get your hands on a copy.
